Who are you? To thrive in the role of site manager with our client, it is fundamental that you have an aptitude for leadership. You are flexible and easily adapt to new projects. We prefer that you, as a candidate, have a background in one of the following areas: new construction and renovation of residential properties, community and commercial properties, or similar. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in a similar role or several years of experience in the construction industry

• Has experience with renovation projects of commercial properties

• Relevant education or equivalent work experience

• Communicates clearly and well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U

• Good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK system.
